HTS works directly with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the Office of Health Information Technology (OHIT) to assist in advancing four key projects and serving as subject matter experts for the state’s Health Information Technology Oversight Council (HITOC) and Health IT Advisory Group (HITAG).
HTS assists with planning, developing, implementation, and operational efforts of CareAccord, Oregon’s direct secure messaging solution; the provider directory, the statewide clinical quality metric registry initiative and the common credentialing initiative. These four core projects serve as the foundation for extending and fostering a transformation of health systems across the state of Oregon.
HTS serves a strategic partner with OHA and OHIT ensuring that long term needs are met, and all solutions conform to Federal standards. HTS consultants provide technical expertise directly to Oregon staff and develop recommendations for use cases, solutions and an evidence based approach.
HTS completed an assessment of business requirements for the statewide provider directory and Clinical Quality Metric Registry (CQMR), created a custom submission template for CQMR, created user manuals, and assisted with the strategic recommendation of data use agreements and the development of a technical solution roadmap.
